I compiled a list of some free or pretty inexpensive tools for Mirada Media’s digital signage blog. Most are creative tools like GIMP, which is a good alternative to Photoshop. Also included is AVS, a free video converter that is sure to be of use for anyone that has a portable media player, an iPhone, a PS3, xBox, etc…
